Is Miwall 223 ammo the same thing as Canned Heat? I read that somewhere. If it's the same thing I might pick some up at a local gun show. If not, any opinions about Miwall 223?

canned heat is a product of georgia arms=good plinking, not reloads
miwall has done me right using other calibers, but i haven't used the .223.  they are reloads, though.

Have shot about 2K canned heat by Georgia Arms. However, they ARE reloads, just a much better/reliable reload compare to Ultramax and Maine Cartridge Company. However, I did find one round that got banged up case mouth. Golden rule: Always check ammo before you load that into your mag.
