Possibly a little more recoil, lower POI, similar accuracy.

What really is the difference then? Which is more preferred for target shooting? |

55gr is more plentiful and easier to find (i.e. Wal-Mart).
Other than that, with that barrel twist, flip a coin. If they're both the same quality, they should both be pretty much the same for accuracy. WIZZO |

I use 55gr in 1/9s and 62 gr in 1/7s. I have used 55 grain in the 1/7s in the past and the results were ok. If the price was right I would do it again. In theory the 62g should preform better in the 1/7. Your results may vary.
