Has anyone used the .223 from Lancer Ammo? What good or bad news is there on it.

I buy most of my range ammo from Lancer. They are a local company and have great ammo at great prices. I have ran a few thousand roundsa of 223 through my AR and have never had a problem. I also buy .45 and 9mm from them and everything runs like a champ!!!
