They said they did not sell enough.  Maybe we could get a group buy, and have them order some more.

AIM Surplus has (I think) Spanish 9mm with the NATO cross-in-circle.  It's 115gr, but it does come in a neat little 250-round battlepack.  $25 per pack.

Maybe its just me, but from that link and the page I don't see it.  The 124gr stuff there looks like the regular white box stuff.

Click on the link and scroll to the bottom and click for next page.  It's there.
The link would not work for the 2nd page.

Does anyone know if the Olympic ammo (124gr) has the same specs as the 9mm nato winchester stuff?

I know it's decent, MOJO runs this through his mp-5 all the time and says its hot and very dependable.

Thanks

Is there a difference between RA9124N and Q4318?

Both are 124 gr NATO made by WIN, but RA9124N is marketed as LEO ammo.

Not as far as I can tell. I have seen Q ammo change it's designation before.

That's good, I ordered some.  I just want a sealed cartridge.  I don't understand why RA9124N would be marketed as LEO ammo!  It's ball ammo for crying out loud.

I got some RA9124N.  It is the exact same as Q4318.  WCC headstamp with Nato Cross.  It is just packaged in the "Ranger" box.

Law enforcement specification ammunition, pressure levels exeed industry standards.

Never chronographed the two side by side, but it is a moderate load IMO.  S&B 124 gr is on the slow side.

MarkM:  You should try some of my custom loads.  They typically exceed NATO 124gr velocity by at least 100fps out of a MP5.  Out of a 16" barrel they are about 200 fps hotter, and out of a good ol Beretta 92, they are about 75 fps more.

NATO spec is nowhere near max for what 9mm can do, but is a solid all around load IMO.
