I totally can understand how different metals for the shell case could could cause FTE in some guns (though I haven't had any problems myself due to case material). But how can it possibly cause a FTF? Now bullet shape/type and magazines can effect FTF, but not case material.

So copper washed or zinc plated steel wouldn't have this problem as there are no "gobs".
