Just picked up a case of 3131A.  Poped a box, and there are light speckles on all the cases.

I am not talking about the annealing colours.

I haven't bought any Winkchester commercial .223/5.56 before, normally just milsurp.

This is the first time I've seen anything like this.

Has anyone else ever seen this on theirs??
