Just wondering if there's a table or database somewhere with the ammo codes and origin.

I have .308 cartridges with the following markings:

7.62 A79 R1 M1

7.62x51 12 FLB 82

RG 89 (NATO marking)

FNM 80-10 (NATO Marking)

Thanks in advance.

Awesome! Thanks!

Is there a book or website where we can get this info?

Cheers!

There are several good headstamp identification guides on the internet. The easiest way is the U.S. Army book.

Small Arms Ammunition Identification Guide.

FSTC-CW-Dates here may vary.
