New! Russian Commercial, Zinc plated steel case, Non-corrosive Rifle ammunition. 62grn, Hollow Point.

From what I understand, this ammo doesn't have the lacquer coating on the case like Wolf does.  Instead the case is zinc plated to protect from corrosion.  Can anyone confirm this?
