McKay Enterprises has A2 lowers with SAFE and SEMI when they are in stock.

The McKay A2 lowers are nice, everything fits like it should. Another option is the NoDak Spud A2 lower; just last weekend I upgraded my A2 with one:

Another excellent choice. Nodak Spud also offers theirs in black or XM Gray. McKay A2 lowers are only in black.
