I went there to buy the lightweight BCG, but alas - "out of stock". (sigh)

While there I took advantage of a deal on an adjustable gas block. I ordered sometime overnight and by noon the next day I had a "your order has shipped" notice in my email.

I was going to get the AIM BCG since it's one of the few affordable (on a tight budget) lightweights, but seeing this one I thought I'd give it a try.
I only hope the price is the same once they are back in stock.

The lightweight BCG looks good. Wife's carbine is complete now. Another ten posts or so and I can post pics! LOL!

Hey, I didn't realize these bolt carrier groups had forward assist serrations. Anyone want the serrations? I have a slick side upper and have no use for them.

An offbeat question. Will this open design BCG work with early 90's era Colt Sporters that came with the "Colt" labeled sear block above the safety? I just happen to have two of those.

We don't sell an adjustable gas key but you could always install one yourself. With that being said, I would highly recommend using an SLR adjustable gas block.

Thanks I have a rifle that I will likely destroy the handguard getting off as well as some with FSB so adjustable gas key would be ideal for me. Have 2 SLRs, they are great products although I don't have many rounds through them at this point.

Likely not going to happen any time soon. A special run like that would be far too expensive. The semi auto cut carriers are doing great.

Mine has been working great. I put it in and then used it at the Generation III 3 gun match. It ran thru the whole match without any issues.

Well, couldn't wait.. so I ordered the Anderson LW BCG from ya'll.

Note: You state the carrier is phosphate, Anderson says it's Nitride (same as the bolt.) 8620, 9310, MPI, yada, yada.

I know they've been around for a long time, so this should work out fine. Actually, I'm excited to see it "in hand" to compare to yours. Don't get me wrong, if your offering was in stock, Id'a nailed it.

Also nabbed a Faxon 11.5" gunner. Why not, right?
