We aren't in the business of knocking a competitor's product, but we can certainly list all of the ways our jig is different than anything else on the market. You can decide.

- Our jigs are truly universal, and our AR-15 jig will also fit AR-9 80% lowers. An 80% lower mounts in the jig using the front takedown, rear takedown and buffer locations; the same places an upper receiver attaches. The side plates of our jig do not touch the lower, which prevents marring during assembly or use, and allows billet lowers with oversized exterior features to fit without interference.

- We offer a custom designed 5/16" Hybrid End Mill which is thoroughly optimized for finishing 80% lowers with our jig and a handheld router. The end mill is 100% bearing supported at all times, which helps to reduce end mill deflection by effectively shortening the exposed length of the tool. This allows the user to safely mill faster, while also improving finished quality.

- The end mill never touches the jig during milling. The milling portion of finishing the FCG pocket is guided by 3 sets of guide pins of varying length which follow the outline of FCG pocket shaped cavities in our jig's guide plate. Using these external guide cavities to trace the outline of the FCG pocket leaves a wide open area above the lower, allowing the user to see what he or she is doing and easily access the pocket to remove chips. There aren't any template plates that need to be switched out during use.

- Only 2 holes need to be drilled prior to milling. We have determined that maximum finish quality and end mill life is achieved when fewer holes are drilled. Our milling process is so fast and easy, that drilling several holes to remove the bulk of material would be more time consuming and simply unnecessary.

- We offer Jig Conversion Kits, which allows either of our jigs (AR-15 or AR-308) to be converted to the other while retaining/reusing jig components which are common to both versions of our jig. This means you can effectively purchase both versions of our Router Jig for much less $$ versus purchasing two complete jigs separately.

- Our jigs are blue.

- Our jigs never need to be completely disassembled. Once they have been assembled once, a lower can be swapped out in a matter of seconds. Only 3 screws and 2 quick release pins (included) need to be removed and reinstalled to switch out lowers.

- The parts of the jig that come in contact with a drill bit, the drill guide and side plates, are solid steel. Replacement parts are available for sale on our website should you ever damage or wear out any of the parts.

- Our jig is 100% Made in the USA and we stand behind all of our products. If you have an issue, or questions pertaining to any of our products, we have the best customer service in the industry to back them up!

Yes, we offer replacement parts. If you ever manage to wear out or damage any of the jig parts, you can buy them separately on our website. Our end mills are expected to last 3-6 lowers. We have several customers who have finished 6-10 lowers on 1 end mill, so we are conservative with our estimates.



As a matter of fact, yes. We will be launching a new billet 80% lower in just a couple of weeks. It's a more traditional, Mil-Spec inspired design. We think everyone will be very pleased with the price point as well. Stay tuned.
