You're not alone Jeepinjoe17.

I also purchased a Gen 1 a month or so ago and haven't even gotten the barrel to put it on yet.

Hopefully once I get the barrel and the block mounted and adjusted I shouldn't have to fiddle with it much anyway.

The Gen 1 still better than a non-adjustable block any day.

Any estimate as to when the 0.750" clamp-on version will be available for purchase from somewhere like Brownells?

This will be perfect for my next build.  Well done, sir.

Greetings-

I am looking to purchase two of the Gen 2 gas .750 set-screw gas blocks.  I could not find them on your website when I tried calling, I could not get through to anyone.  What is the best way to make this purchase?

Thanks.

You adjust the gasblock from the muzzle end, so the adjustment screw is in the front when the rifle is shouldered. No need to remove your rail or try to work through tiny slots in the rail to adjust. I haven't purchased the new model, but it is a very smart design that is super easy to use adjust and a must have on a game gun.

When is this coming out? And will it fit under a centurion c4 rail with a .750 barrel?

are these available yet?

I'd like to try one on my R-25 .308 that I believe is beating up my brass too much from over gassing. Is this the proper fix?

I called Brownells this afternoon and had one of their tech check the warehouse.  No gen 2 yet.

I'm not sure what it means, but I'm pretty sure the entry for Syrac Ordnance has disappeared from the Industry Forum... I remember seeing them there, and my googling shows they were there. strange why they disappeared.

I did a quick search for the gen 2 and the only links I could find were for this thread and the video. They were supposed to become available last month. Syrac's website only lists the gen 1... What happened?

I ended up buying a DA7 gas block from SLR Rifleworks.  I'm going to need another gas block for another upper, hopefully Syrac Gen2 will be available by then.

Alluring dame Jason,
I just received three of your Gen I blocks from Brownells last week and saw this...The Gen II looks MUCH easier to adjust when using a suppressed SBR in a 15" hand guard. When will the Gen II's be available at Brownells? At least one will go back. When would ver 1 be more advantageous?
Thanks

And its available pretty much every barrel profile including .875!

Bill

edit: Well not on the website anyway...

I've waited patiently for some time now.  Looks like I'm gonna go with an SLR.  Yours looks like a better quality product as far as machining and finishing go, but who cares if you can't buy it? Maybe some other time, best of luck to you!
