Very cool! Life will never be the same, in a good way. Congratulations along with my positive thoughts and prayers.

Congrats!
My first was born at 27 weeks and spent 2 1/2 months in the NICU. It is the scariest time in your life but kids are amazingly resilient. Sounds like your boy is suffering a little bit of what they call “wimpy white boy syndrome” in the NICU where they take a little longer to catch up. |

Thanks guys and yeah I’m hoping the little guy makes a recovery and we get him home sometime next week but we know he’s in the best place for him so we are in no rush. I’m going to pick up a couple of air guns and 22lrs in a few months so when they hit 4 or 5 they can start doing a little can shooting etc.

Excellent work OP.
Now, in the next few weeks get working on the next batch as well. |
Nice double barrel sh-t guns you have there.
Grats and welcome to the world of dollar items priced at $20. |
OP should read them a bedtime story of the US Constitution
Never to early! |
Beautiful!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Congrats and best wishes to you all.
Major congrats to mom and dad!!!
They're beautiful! Kids are way more important than things. |
Babies are the ultimate retro. They go all the way back to the apple tree/Lucy.
Fantastic! They are absolutely perfect!
Now, go kiss your wife for a job well done. |
Outstanding additions--congrats!
My sister has been a NICU nurse forever and I have no doubt your little guy is getting the absolute best care possible! But since a prayer can't hurt anything, consider a few floated for you folks! Keep us posted on progress. |
OP you got some beautifull kids there.
Hang in there and the boy will pull thrue. In no time he will be a pain in the %*//$ as all boy's. The biggest nicest and most beautifull present a man can get. Spoil the wife a lot. She needs it right now. As others have mentioned already, life will never be the same again. Here comes the times that create memory's that will last till the end of time. And believe me. They will all be good. Stef. |

Could be worse they could be ban state babies right? You'd have to get a special bullet button to take off their diapers and you'd have to have a special grip to hold them, one that didn't allow your evil thumb to wrap all the way around! View Quote |

Congratulations man!
I have twin boys born eight years ago, it is hard to believe how fast it goes. We just had another boy in August, so we are starting over again. I bought my twin boys little Rossi single shot .22s when they were born. When they arrived at the dealer they had consecutive serial numbers. I thought that was pretty cool. It is about time to start thinking about building them ARs. |

As the father of 32 year old twin daughters CONGRATULATIONS!
Twins are more than twice the work! I remember counting french fries and measuring juice because mine were so hyper competitive. I send my best wishes and extra strength and stamina to you and your wife. |

Thanks for checking in man. Not yet little guy is still in the nicu he gave us a scare last week but he seems to be improving now I hope we can get him home by the weekend!
Sounds like things are looking good. Keep us posted, can't wait to hear that the little guy is well and home!
Finally got them both home today which is great. Little guy still has a way to go but both are doing well. Can't believe how different they look!

They are a true blessing. Enjoy every second. My kids are in their 40s, and I still enjoy every second with them....

Fraternal twins can look as different as onesie sibs born different times.
I guess we were lucky because my girls were 6 pounds 11 oz and 6 pounds 12 ounces. Pro Tip Endless hours of fun and entertainment if every time you refer to the birth of the twins you say, "When the wife dropped the litter" or something to that effect. Good times! For single births I like to refer to it as "calving". I like to live dangerous! |
