I've bought a few of these in the past. They are ok sets, real dirty. Count on rusty steel and some missing or cracked teeth. If you're handy and don't mind cleaning, wire brushing, sanding, polishing, you can make them look pretty good.
When I purchased they were $34.95 per set.

I've bought a lot of them to fix up and sell on GB.  There is a lot of variance in what you get.  Some have been so perfect they look like new.  Others are so shitty, I almost can't fix them.  Guess it just depends on what's at the top of the pile when they fill your order.
