Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bushmaster Carbon 15 Pistol Compatability

Just bought a new Rock River Arms Lower Receiver and guess what.........My carbon pistol upper fits the lower!

Now I know the bolt Carrier Group on the Carbon 15 pistol is different.  I could swear that someone told me that the Carbon 15 lowers would not fit a standard AR15 upper.  If my carbon upper fits the standard lower, I would assume vice versa!  

anyone ever tried this???
