I just completed a 300 blk build, I purchased my barrel from Midway, I'm using an SI defense M4 profile barrel, I got it for $199.00

The demand is very high, and lots of manufacturers are making them, they just don't stay in stock very long.

If you can spring a few more bucks, I would go for the Wilson Combat, Daniel Defense, Spikes or Noveske.
