I’ve never done a direct comparison, but nothing stands out as significantly different. |

You see I had this MOE handguard left over from a free float swap and had to do something with it y'kno. It required a 10" barrel for this to work in order for the muzzle device to capture the .625" handguard cap so I went with the BLK. Pistol gas. A bit of an oddball, but I like it

Didn’t notice any gas in the eyes with the short strings of fire I was shooting.

I chopped it in the spot I wanted with a miter saw and higher tooth wood blade then took a hand file and gently relieved the edges. Still haven't painted the end. I've got 4 Geissele rails on AR's and only one isn't chopped . Also only one that I tried to put paint on the end of. I'll eventually get some self etching automotive primer or something and just hit the ends for protection.
