Was looking at some different calibers for my AR-10 and ar15barrels.com had a listing for a .450 Marlin, was wondering if anyone out there has seen one.  Does the .450 Marlin fit in the Magazine? Thanks for any help.

yes, the 450m rounds should fit in the magazines at least. 450m C.O.L. :2.510in-2.530in. 308win has a max cart length of 2.810in. i dont know what or if any machining of the bolt face would be needed.

IIRC the 450 marlin has about the same rim diameter as the 300rsaum. So It will need a magnum bolt. The 450 marlin also interested me, but it is hard to come by ammo for it off the shelf. In my opinion, If SOMEONE would ever produce the Rhino in 458. This would be a much better round to use in large caliber than the 450 marlin.  Same bullet, more case volume = more velocity.

i know it would be boutique, but the 444m would be nice. higher velocities then .458socom or 450m in a 250grn. not as fat in the rimm also.
