I hope the MLOK MWS upper comes out for sale sometime in the 9-12 months as my 6.5C project would benefit greatly from it

Anyone got an 11.5" barrel yet?

For those that are interested in the MWS MLOC chassis. its available right now if you give them a call. i decided to upgrade my standard Railed version with 18 inch SS 308 barrel to Mlock 20 inch 6.5CM since i just picked up a SCAR for all my 16 inch lightweight 308 needs.

I'd really like to see this work its way in to the small caliber chassis. The way my MWS is set up I barely attach anything to it.
But my 5.56 guns it'd be nice to take advantage of Mlok for sure. |

I've been privileged to have pretty good relationships with certain higher ups at LMT and as of a year ago I suggested changing the mrp chassis to offer an MLOK version. At that time they decided against it so hopefully things are changing now.
I could tell you guys some secret projects and things that never came to fruition over at LMT that would blow your mind. |

Anyone have an American Defense UIC lower on their MRP upper? Just curious what it looks like.
Always love the MRP's way back in this thread using the Knights lowers. But they have bolt release only, not lock. And while LMT's new offering has bolt lock back it's also pricey as hell for a lower. I like that the AMD UIC does both, and I can get a stripped one for $200. But I'm curious what the biller lower looks like on an MRP. |

That Razor looks really nice, was thinking about the NightForce ATACR 4-16 also. Time will tell though, wouldn't even mind putting another Trijicon Accupower 1-8 on it. |

really nice looking family. That Trijicon 1-8 is pretty hot on that rifle length MRP. I've fantasized about that as well.

Does anyone have a picture of a 16inch mid barrel cut to 14.5 in a CQB upper?
I'm trying to get an idea of how that may balance out that long barrel. |

It does seem to like lighter buffers after the chop, though I have actually used up to an A5H3 with it. I currently have an LMT enhanced carrier in that upper too, which *seems* to allow it to work reliably so far with heavier buffers like the A5H3. I need to do more testing to know for sure if that carrier is really doing what I think it is. |

I hadent really thought about the potential gas issues of cutting the barrels before.
If I were to get a 14.5 carbine gas barrel and have it cut to 11.5 would I encounter issues? I really like what I read about 11.5 vs 10.5. |
