I have a BM Dissy with a smith comp. I want to have a fh put on and I am thinking about dressing it up with some non ff rails. Will YHM or MI rails go on without any gunsmithing/mods?

Yes, MI makes a rail system that will fit any normal handguard configuration. Just drop em in and you're ready to go. I have the MI#17 and they are very very solid.

So will the KAC RAS II. If you look around you can find like new sets offered in the $200 range.

I'm guessing that since MI and YHM were the two named that he is on a budget. While the KAC are nice rails the MI are about $80 cheaper when new and about $100 cheaper when like-new.
