i purchased yesterday a 14.5"  m4 cut barrel... it has no markings except infront of the fSB   marked M1S      1/9                                      who manufactured it & what are your experiences with this barrel?     (pros/cons)

please help.  tnx

That's a "model 1 sales" barrel with a 1:9" twist ratio bore... I have never experienced one and have never heard anything negative about them...

Your Upper is most likly a 223 chamber unless under the handguards it's marked 5.56, the 223's have no marking. I have the 16 inch 223 version and it shoots the 5.56 just fine by the way
