Who sells complete SP1 style uppers?

I know alot of people are buying the new SP1 uppers from CDNN, but they don't include the bolt, carrier, or charging handle.

I'd like to buy an SP1 upper that includes everything, and perferably has the headspace checked.

I'd rather not purchase the CDNN upper and then the bolt, carrier, and charging handle separately. I'm not sure whats involved with regard to checking the headspace, making sure its safe to fire, etc.
