Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best Upper/Lower combo ?

I am thinking about starting a build and was wondering what anyone's suggestions are for the best upper/ lower combination? For the lower I want to have pictograms for the markings and the upper will be a flattop with M4 cuts in it. Which company out there offers the best fit and finish and the tightest tolerances?

does anyone have experience with Tom Sawyer lowers? Do they make uppers as well?

I have and really like my LMT upper, but the best bang for the buck in gonna be the BCM upper.  They have all the "cool" mil-spec features for a really good price and I believe they are made by CMT.
