I bought a DD 9.0 from a board member recently.  When I received it, I found that the annodizing(sp?) was far from perfect and it had a slight purple hue.  No big deal.  It still installed easily and did what I needed it to do.

But, I just couldn't get over the color isssue.

So I e-mailed Daniel Defense and asked how much it would cost for me to have the rail re-annodized.  Since I was not the original urchaser, i could not expect to have it fixed as a warranty issue.

The folks at Daniel Defense have bent over backwards to help me make this right.  I can not say enough good things about their products and their customer service.  I will be a loyal customer for a long time.

did you get my IM about that other 12.0 I'm getting?  I'm not sure if it's gonna be another AMU model or not.
