I couldn't find my original post on my Stag lower issues so I will post my outcome here.
About a month ago I bought a Stag lower from a vendor here. When I received it, it was not cleaned up yet so it was hard to gauge it's quality. Once cleaned up I found many finish issues. Blemishes, dings, scratches, etc.
The vendor offered to exchange it, but I would have to incur another round of transfer fees, so he suggested I contact Stag and have them fix it under the warranty. I contacted Stag and they said send it back and they would refinish or remake the lower accordingly. 3 weeks later I was contacted that my lower had just come out of manufacturing and was off to hard coating.
Now after a month's total elapsed time I have a perfect Stag lower back and my new all Stag M4 build is complete.
Stag never asked questions nor hesitated to remedy the problem. I am a very happy customer and will give Stag my business from now on.
