Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What kind of barrel is this?

I only have a description of the markings...

This is a M4 style barrel in post-ban configuration which was is supposed to be a Wilson Barrel and RRA upper.

The markings are under the hand guard directly under the gas tube near the reciever and say

"N9C " and then have what looks like a star next to it...

For Wilson barrels

N = Nato
9 = 1/9 twist
C = chrome moly ?  or maybe chrome lined? ???
