Anyone have experience with the GG&G modular tactical forearm or the Midwest Industries modular forearm (MCTAR-11)? They appear to be similar in design concept. Wondering about actual use. Looking to try one of these models for something different. Thanks for any imput.

No experience other than holding a carbine w/ the GG&G.  It's nicely made, though a little heavy.  The MI are great.  Just over the cost of YHM, but closer to the KAC end of the spectrum quality wise.  I've used both the carbine and middy versions (though not extensively).  They are quite nice, and the price can't be beat.
