I am going to buy an M4 upper within the next week and have found one I like at BravoCompanyUSA.com.  But as I look at their website, at the M4's, I notice that three of the four different brands are unavaliable.  This leaves me wondering if the company is not doing so well or if they are just a high volume business.   Does anyone have any history with the company?  I just dont want to risk my $600 with someone I dont know much about.

Thanks

I don't believe Bravo Company is in any financial trouble.  He has just begun producing his own AS/M4 line....

I have done business with Bravo Co. many times for about almost a year now and they are great and on the top of my list.

They have been here a long time and have excellent feedback from members here.

You could check the Equipment Exchange feedback section for yourself if you want to.

Waiting for their upper/ barrel is not so bad because you also have to wait for other companies like for example RRA.

Since I just bought an action block and other tools from Bravo, I'm just going to wait for their barrels and make my own upper.

"Does anyone have any history with the company?"

Yeah I've called them 3 times.  They are in my same 262 area code so apparently they are within spitting distance of my house.

Never a returned call and never a person to answer the phone in business hours.  Apparently the company is like a big vending machine that dumps parts into a box and affixes a UPS label for shipping.

Just my take.  It would be nice to have someone local for fast shipping and esspecially if I could go pick something up.

"Paul is a one man show and basically runs two companies at once. Have you tried E-mail or IM? I have no problems getting Paul."

No  my thought was when you list a phone number and your answering machine answers Bravo Company and promises a returned call for messages with numbers dropped off that you would get a call.

The 16" middy uppers are not far off (think they are getting chromed now).

The reason he's out of stock is because he sells high quality uppers for a fair price. Hence they move very quickly...quicker than he can have them manufactured. With the demand so high Paul could easily charge more but he's an AR guy just like us and he knows what it's like to buy and build so he wants to offer the highest quality parts at the most affordable prices! His BCM uppers reflect this; very high quality at an affordable price!

Sounds like a place I want to do business with!

I bought an LMT M4 upper, a lower parts kit, and some tools from Paul.  Lots of email communication, and very quick responses.  He even responded to my emails at 9 in the evening, and I'm in Souther California!  I've had excellent service from Bravo Company and would not hesitate to buy from him again.

We show 4 different M4 uppers on our website.
LMT - which is in stock
CMT/Stag - we ran out last week and should have more this week
MOS - a M4 test concept we spearheaded about 18 months ago (has been replaced by BCM - a couple more features, complete control over quality, same pricing).  We really should delete that page on the next website update.
BCM - Made by BCo. MFG - Demand simply exceeds supply.  We have 16" Mids and 16" M4s at chrome right now.  We hope to get them to us in early Feb.  Then we will proof (HPT), mag particle (MPI), phosphate, install gas ports, install FSB, assemble, and test fire.  It is our plan to be again shipping to distributers in late Feb or early March.

Thanks,
Paul
BCo.

See I bought a barrel from grant which was packaged in a Bravo Company box.

The barrel says MOS on it, and I thought "what a bunch of bullshit, I didnt want a Model One Sales barrel."  But they were your own barrels?  Should I be worried that you say the new line you have complete control over quality?  This was a 16 inch 1/7 twist M4 profile MP tested barrel.

Sorry for all the questions, but will you or Grant be selling just the barrels again?

I'm really excited for the middys to be done!  From all the opinion I've read here about Bravo Co. and the man at the helm I think I'm in for a real treat with that upper.

Go Middys!

I am sure that many on here will profess as to my rather strong disdain towards some vendors and dealers that are little more than plumbers... they screw together whatever assorted parts they can get at a bargain, pose the rifle with some ubber tactical HSLD gear they borrowed and snap picture after picture... but they have little to no knowledge of what they are really doing, how the rifle works, advanced firearm concepts or real gunsmithing -- I shall hold my tongue as to names however.

That said, I can assure you that there are a few names on here that stand out and are wrangled by guys that really do know what they are doing... guys that are real shooters and Bravo Company is one of the name at the top of this list.
