Does anyone out there make a 10.5 or 11.5" barrel with the lightweight profile? What I am thinking of is a barrel with a profile like the bushmaster 16" lightweight or the old Colt SP1 Carbine but 10.5 or 11.5"

Is the easiest route just to get one of the bushmaster barrels and have it cut down?

Also, does anyone know if the old style collapsable buttstocks are available from anywhere? The old ones were aluminum covered with some kind of black rubberized material... I think they were all 2-position

Check out CMMG, they have lightweight barrels (in pre-assembled uppers) in the length you want.

cmmg barrels are .750 profile turned down to look like lw profile but they do offer the colt uppers.

jt distributing i think offers the .625 profile bbl.

bushmaster, delton and colt offer the correct .625 profile bbl. and shortning them is not a problem since this is what im doing along with opening the gas port for proper functioning. im using a bushmaster bbl.

essential arms offers the two position coated stocks.
