I came across a new  detachable carry handle.It has the keyhole .4 markings in front of windage knob.Anyone know manufacturer?Thanks for your help.

There's no way to know who the *manufacturer* is.  The company that supplied the raw forging, which was machined and finished by the manufacturer, is Cerro.

Thanks guys,Yesterday I saw a Colt LE A3(new at dealer) that had the same carry handle(same markings), I guess it came from Colt.

Colt, Bushmaster, Rock River, and others have been using "keyhole" uppers and carry handles.
