I think you're looking for a flattop upper with a large pivot pin hole?

Daniel Defense sell large hole flat top uppers, but is probably cheaper to go with a small hole upper and offset pin.

How much are those large hole flat top uppers? Are they a quality product? Would it be possible to get one up here in Canuckistan?

Check  their web site for pricing and shipping to the Great White North:

The general concensus is they are of good quality but may require some fitting.  Rumor has it they are Les Baer uppers bored out, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
