There's an adapter available that will allow you to use a standard upper with your large hole lower. It's called an offset pin and you can get one from any large AR parts dealer (Bushmaster, etc.).

Daniel Defense sell large hole flat top uppers, but is probably cheaper to go with a small hole upper and offset pin.

How much are those large hole flat top uppers? Are they a quality product? Would it be possible to get one up here in Canuckistan?
