Has anyone bought any .22LR conversions from .22lrconversions.com ?? I was looking at the AR conversion. Do they work well?

Thanks,
Nick

The 1911 platinum and AR15 work very well.

Mine has worked well. I've been using it out of an old SP1 upper. You might get some more responses if you post in the Rimfire/Pistol Caliber forum.

I had one and it worked great on my 11.5 and not well on my 20 inch A2. I don't know why. Keeping the chamber clean is very important the extractor is not very strong. They don't function well with target or subsonic ammo- a reduced power hammer spring would help though. Aguila SSS functions well. (because it really operates with the pressure of a high velocity load anyway.)

I have two, one in the M16 the other in a AC566K machine gun and they both run great.

I have one for my AR and another for my Colt .45... both work well with the right ammo, but they are a little picky. Jacketed Remington and Federal works great. Loads of fun..!
