I'm looking at picking up a Colt BARREL & FRONT SIGHT ASSY LE6920 1/7 M4 - 16in CHROME LINED.  I'd like it installed in an otherwise all-Bushmaster parted upper with a Phantom FS.  Could anyone recommend a quality smith who would build such an upper?

What you are seeking done is an easy job. John Holliger is a great AR15 gunsmith based in Illinois.  His company is White Oak Precision ( http://www.whiteoakprecision.com )  As a note, John won the civilian service rifle championship at Camp Perry in 2002.

Well it turns out that Bushmaster has some 1:7 14.5" barrels in stock so I'm having one with a pinned Phantom put together today!  WooHoo!
