The handguard is made by a company called hyperform. (Mostly they make carbon fiber motorcycle parts) I tried to google their web site but I can't find it. I bought mine from www.mcw-tech.com but I don't know if he has any left.

Tactus, if you hate the way an A2 grip fits your hand, the Battlegrip is not the best replacement grip for you. It has a very similar grip angle to the A2, and I did not find it comfortable at all (I also dislike the A2). You may want to consider going with an Ergo Grip instead.
