I saw someone selling the pre-production stock on Ebay last night, I guess you could try to grab that then trade it in when they come out with the production one.

Sorry Mr_h but my workload is effecting my email response time.
All 5 of the molds had to be dissembled for the various modifications to be made as a result of the feedback we got. That said the final result is something I feel comfortable releasing which I did not feel with the first batch of experimentals. The first test of the stock, using production parts, was assembled last night and everything worked together as we had hoped. The stock doesn’t look that much different but it is a lot easier to function (bigger buttons all round) and will take a lot more abuse than the original version that shipped. Right now we are waiting on the buffer tubes to be hard anodized then over molded. We should have quantity of the production versions very shortly. AR15.com orders will be the first to go out - and I am planning something special for everyone’s patience. |

Yes "the_tactical_solution" is legit. They bought the last 4 experimentals made. The owner Mike is a good guy. Don't worry about Kevin's missing stocks I have him covered even if UPS never finds them. |

Guys thanks of the worry, but Richard is covering the missing stocks to me - even though UPS seems to have no interest in making up for them.

Took mine out to the range finally this weekend. I took two friends with me, one is an Ex-marine (is there such a thing?) and the other is a cop.
A good time was had by all and the Magpul attracted several long, drop-jawed stares from the other shooters on the range ("What is it Vern? Ya' ever seen enuthing like it?") Just a quick note to all those waiting - the first 100 production stocks are built and will be shipped this Thursday and Friday.
I have limited availblity to answer questions for a while as we are preparing to move to a new location next month. We are getting some land, enough for our own small shooting range. This shipment will include single point sling mounts and side rails as promised. Those with experimentals bought through AR15.com will get sent the new stocks automatically with instructions on what to do regarding exchange or purchase of the old stock. More details and pictures of the production units to follow shortly. |
