Anyone know if such barrels are being manufactured and who carries them?

It is my understanding that Armalite and Bushmaster only do 1/9 and that Colt no longer chrome lines their barrels.  Correct me if I am wrong.

Give Gunsmoke a call; I remember Ed posting in the EE that they had some Bushmaster military contract overrun barrels FS.

I have one of the Bushmaster contract overrun 1/7 twist M4 barrels but they are not military they are DOE M4 barrels.  You can make any preban barrel a postban by having Kurt Wala at KKF in the industry section add one of his A3 look a like brakes and cut off the bayonet lug.

DPMS also has 1/7 twist M4 barrels that are full spec steel, 5.56 chrome lined etc.  These are all 14.5" barrels.

If you want a 1/7 16" barrel you will have to go Colt.
