Does anyone know of Northern California gun shop that sells the California legal FAB 10 complete lower receiver at a reasonable price?

http://www.gogogadgets.net/ is selling the complete FAB 10 lower receiver for $229.95 ($169.95 stripped lower receiver + $60 internal parts = $229.95) but they sell only to FFL and FFL transfer is $60 in CA.

I'm aware that it needs a FFL and 10 wait. Since the FAB10 lower receiver does not have a detachable magazine, you can add a telescoping stock and pre ban upper receiver with flash hinderer.

Where about in norcal?
I emailed gogogadgets and asked them,they sent me to Traders,in San Leandro, in the Bay Area.They sell them,stripped,for $199.

Do the internal kits for the stripped lowers come with step by step instructions for installation? Is there a step by step installation book or video I can buy?
