This is probably a stupid question... Can one have a permanantly attached flash supressor on a post ban, or are all flash suppressors no-no's?

Thanks

There are no stupid questions regarding the legality of weapon configuration unless you are simply trying to get around whats black and white.

But to answer your question it is not legal to attach a device that suppresses the muzzle flash on a post ban weapon. Stupid is the law. But not the question.

But, a permanently attached compensator, that serves as neither a flash-hider nor grenade launcher is legal.
