I just checked the one I got from Midway a couple months ago and it does have the holes. I didn't know they were on the bottom on the adjuster selection points. I'm used to the HK style holes on the rear of the tube. Thanks for the picture

What color Sprinco is everyone running with these H3 buffers? 300BLK specifically?
Also is there anymore info on the 12.5 guns? I remember reading about it some pages back but can’t find it now. |

ETA: I did have some failure to feeds with Unsuppressed Underwood 220gr in colder environments, but I attribute that to how slow the round is. Got a shipping notification on my backordered Complete Gen III upper from Optics Planet.
Obviously it's not clone correct out of the box, so I have some work to do as far as swapping out parts, but at least I finally have something to work with now... |

I can tell you that no combination of buffer weight and spring will run the 201gr ME unsuppressed, Not that you'd ever want to. Figured id save someone the time and expensive ammo. |

H265 cerakote. Mix ratio is between 10:1 and 14:1 depending on how glossy you want it.

Noveske posted up a pic on their IG of some, what looks to be lowers made for dev, and you can clearly see the castle nut is indeed nitrided. Very cool picture.

I wonder if the castle nut is a recent change. I think the picture is taken with flash because if we look at the previous pic from inside the teams, they don't look nitrided.
Also to note, that the magwell protector looks pristine, mine already has marking/silver showing through from the ejector port door opening. More evidence that the actual guns hold up better to wear for some unknown reason.

Seems like the .300 is just harsher on the brass deflector.
