All that Ripcord stuff looks good 5L33P3R. My RE is about the same shade, I'm happy with it no doubt. Still need to post up some pics.. It blends better with my build.

American Defense FDE Anodized buffer tube. The tube on the lower is a Backwoods Tano for reference.
I hadn’t seen one of these posted yet so thought I would grab one to check the color.   Yesterday was nice and sunny when I was shooting so I snapped some tano porn…

Couldn’t find a rail that I was in love with for the tano build… so I took my 13.5” urx3.1 and sent it off today. When I get it back it’ll be multicam tropic and should tie all the tan Ano and green Ano parts together perfectly… I hope… or else it’ll look like hot garbage lol

If anyone wants a Geissele Super Duty take off Upper Receiver, MK16 9.3" rail, and Airborne charge handle combo, I have 3 sets I am parting with. I have a listing in the EE and the price is on the higher side to hedge against the low ballers. If you're interested, EMAIL me and say you saw this post in the DDC thread and let's talk price. I also have the 10.3 barrel, REBCG, and Surefire closed tine if you wanted a complete upper.

Green-O and Tano mixing has got my attention now…
My Geissele ODG receiver set just showed up, giving this mutt-build a new life. I think the Tano Atlas rail is going on it, along with some FDE furniture once I submit a Form-1 (which I never did on the M4E1 lower, glad now that I didn’t).

Not AR related, but a few tanodized bits for the slated to be HD gun, Shadow Systems MR920 . Will run this suppressed with a Rugged Obsidian 9. Tano RMR & Streamlight!
Just finished the Night Fision suppressor height sights, and Steel City Arsenal FDE trigger. Partially vetted yesterday, gun runs great. Still need to validate with the can on.. All things peanut butter

Ferro Concepts offers some Tano hardware for slings.
I emailed them and was told the FDE finish is hard coat anodized, not cerakoted. I ordered pic-mounted QD point and will report how it looks.  Attached File |

The Ferro Concepts QD mount is Tano (not cerakoted) and is a pretty good match to the current DDC. However, I’m not sure the pic rail mounted version is my preference and will likely pick up one of their Mlok QD points as well. If anyone is interested in this one let me know.
 I also threw the ADM Tano buffer tube one the rifle. It has a nice brown hue resembling the Colt Tano, but having never seen one in person I can’t say for sure how it matches up.  Finally, the pièce de résistance (for me anyway) is a Tano ADM mount I’ve been eyeing for quite some time. EE find, thanks @DueyMk23  I think this one is done (besides any FCD stuff I come across), but God help me if Leupold ever starts selling Tano scopes… |
