Finished putting most of this together over the weekend, and my KAC front sight came in today from Shark Arms. Rail and charging handle came from the recent G sale, and that started me on this project. I have not located a DD barrel so I used a Spikes Tactical 11.5 CHF I had on hand. I figured I would share this for post 1000.

I love my 14.5 URGI but I have both DD 10.3 and 11.5 barrels stored away somewhere waiting on a future build. Really think I am leaning towards the 11.5 since I already have a MK18 setup. Can I request an 11.5 photo dump for inspiration? Are they using anything other than the Eotech Exps3, Aim point T1, and Vortex Razor 1-6?

Building 2 100% clone correct 11.5" URGIs this weekend.
Colt Cage marked Upper Colt C marked BCG DD 11.5" barrel w/ DD lo-pro gas block DD gas tube SF NSN marked 4 prong G URGI MK16 Rail G URGI Charging Handle One will have a MaTech rear sight and KAC taupe front and the other will have no sights. Will go up on the EE this week. If your interested in one shoot me an email. URGI w sights -$1780 URGI w/o sights - $1530  |

Soooo need to get that FDE ATACR and will come January.... Been laid up with three compression fractures of the L1, L3 & L4 so not all together. The rifle with the Razor is not correct in that the DD Barrel was a stripped barrel I put a G Block on and a Surefire Warcomp pinned by Retro........When I can sit again I'll mount the modlite buttons on the 11.5 and the two 14.5's.

Thoroughbred Armament Clone lower acquired. Still need an SSA-E and some other small things!
This upper is from 2019. Geissele gas Block and DD Barrel. Probably close to 5k on it now and its still.75-1 inch groups with match ammo. actually it shot 1.25 with Federal 55gr Ball. i need to find some more of that but its pricey for 55gr.  Untitled by Trey Brown, on Flickr

Curious on to what lowers other than colt everyone is running. Considering moving my Colt lower to a different upper, and not sure on what lower to replace it with since Colts are super hard to find and are crazy expensive here in CA.
