I've got a Mk13, ACH and buffer tube on the way to DDC up my 16 inch. I'm still trying to figure out what color to paint the receivers. Didn't someone here spray theirs with rose gold? Have a CTR stock coming yet not sure which one I'll keep on it. Don't really use my saker 7.62 other than 300BO so figured why not try it out on this build. Really like the OD green fed rail!

Thanks! Colt upper, KAC ambi lower, Colt BCG, Colt 14.5 socom barrel. KAC micro’s, Geissele mk16 OD rail and OD charging handle, and AAC M2000 can.

Very nice! I sold a similar upper with a DDC Mk14 in order to build pretty much the exact same upper as you with my OD Mk16. Only difference will be a SF muzzle device. Going to pick up a 2018 Colt SOCOM, use the lower elsewhere and part out the upper for the build.

Stock ballistic advantage 16 ops barrel. It works because BA can't follow a simple drawing and because I'm using an a2 hider mount. A2 has more threads so I get more turns, plus it's shimmed out.

To clarify, my first two dimensions written below are to the MOUNT threads.

Ha! I had that exact response/photo in mind when I posted this. It's not the same as an AR-based URG-I build, but I do like it a lot.

Side note: I wish that I hadn't been in such a rush to post, but rather had fixed the white balance first. (Updated pic)
