You can input all your load/velocity data then pick a distance and choose your reticle and it will show your hold. There's probably 30 different targets to choose from too. |

KAC makes one, but its more than the complete C1 setup and no 1.7" option if you want that. |

Mine I have the gas turned down until it just cycles.
I also use a good dry lube so it doesn’t stick too much. I can usually get a couple hundred rounds easy. |

Don’t clean it often, keep it pretty lubed up with cherrybalmz though since it rides on the SXS daily and pretty dusty. Shoot mostly wolf ammo and still have mag issues towards the last 3-4 rounds in mag. Should probably clean those and maybe some graphite lube… |

Thinking I'd like to replace my 11.3 for a 13.7-14.0 something or other, to be inside my medium RAS. Want something pencil profile. Suggestions? Objective is to build a lightweight all around carbine with a bit more velocity than my 11.3. It won't be a suppressor host.
Anyone have any experience with the BA Hanson 13.7 performance series? Seems to check all my boxes but I'm not a barrel guru. |

I would say try and find a drier lube and also I shoot more Hornady than wolf. |

I think the odds of getting one from them that shoots/runs well is still high. It's a 0.625" gas block journal, so its a pretty light-weight profile. Plus you can get a pinned gas block directly from them. Not a bad barrel for the money. |

What is the length of the rail from the receiver face for the three sides that aren’t the “gooseneck”? I always assumed that beautiful rail was 10” with at 1” gooseneck but the math doesn’t quite add up for the AEM5. Is the can more akin to an AEM3/4 which goes over the barrel less than the AEM5? |

Yeah it's different but in the new cerakote I really like it. Definitely a very versatile chassis and even improved accuracy a bit. |

Not much I can't with this rifle. A 1.70" height Badger COMM with a Larue RISR provides perfect stockweld, and I prefer the 35 deg./1.93" height J Arm to the shorter 45 deg. arms. A5 receiver extension and extended recoil pad fix LOP. The 14.5" Criterion Hybrid barrel is sub MOA with Mk262. Ridgeline Hogleash allows me to hook in to gun for tripod work. |

Everyone is so chill and eager to help and spot for each other. Really a great group of gun folks. How far have you reached out to with the 6.5? |

Going to shoot a small local match tomorrow. It's been a super mild Spring and Summer but lucky for me it's going to spike to 95 degrees tomorrow. 😡
I was thinking the 2 gun match would have stages with targets a little ways out but they're going to be CQB distances so the 11.5" will get the nod. It's wearing a Viper Gen 2 1-6 so 1x will be awesome for the two stages I'll shoot with it. Can't wait. It's been way too long since I've gone to a match and the last one was long range bolt rifles. Wish me luck! |

View Quote 1,000 so far...which was surprisingly easy but wind was cooperating. Plus using a CDM round (140 ELDM) and 4Dof really helps to simplify things, dope is pretty accurate out of 4Dof if you feed it good info. Going from 1000-1700 in early July, there's a good spot an hour from me and psyched to give that a go. |
