Do any MARSOC components use the surefire cans or are the Marines strictly using the knights NT4? I've been scouring numerous photos, but a lot of what I'm finding is knights cans with the Marines.

Seems they have been between $350-$400 for 4-5 years now.

Or are people asking $450 plus now? Just sold mine for $390.

Well they're hard to find used in the first place, then it seems most people want around new price for them. I've been waiting to find a beat up one for ~$350, but no luck. I'm gonna spray paint it anyhow.

What scout light mounts have been seen in the wild?

I have a standard thumb screw mount and a rm45 on hand, not sure what to go with. I was also considering a qd type.

Building up a Block 1/MK18 Mod 0 upper again.  Really regretted selling my original one a while back.

This time around I want to be able to run my Surefire RC2 on it.  I’ve got a 4 Prong inbound so that won’t be an issue.  However I’m trying to decide how to set it up.  How would you guys do it?  Stick to Block 1 style but with the Surefire instead of the NT4 can.  Or go PR style with an Eotech EXPS.

I've always found an eotech to be a tad faster than an aimpoint, but with a fixed rear iron and fsp, this might bring them even closer. As far as rifle aesthetics, cqbr blk 1 with an aimpoint is the bees knees.

I’ve regretted selling my original Block I CQBR since I sold it. Time to rebuild
All Colt, still deciding on an optic but will probably go with a tan EXPS3 for a PR build.

These are peak aesthetic  I've built several, and I always end up going back to my 11.5 guns when I shoot them, but they look SO right.
