(I cannot recall the manufacturer of the rail I mounted to the forend. It's steel though, I don't trust the Magpul plastic ones.) Smith & Wesson SW1B Bayonette Vortex Strikefire (red only) w/ factory mount I can't seem to remember who made the sling, but it's one of those elasticized jobs, real comfortable, snug, with a quick release catch. I feel like I'm forgetting something else...... oh well. BushMaster Optics Ready Carbine .223 Just picked this up this past Monday. Still waiting for my scope to come in.( FireField 2.5-10x40 scope/laser combo) I have already added a FireField Quad Rail System, along with a MagPul MGR grip. I plan do do a few other things to it. The lower orignally started life as a complete 16" gun that I got for a steal. Sold off the upper, bolt, and stock tube.
The upper uses a pinned 14.5" 1/7 BM barrel that I picked up from PKfirearms almost three years ago that constitued my first AR. the reciever itself is actually YHM. Stock tube is now mil spec, Bolt is LMT on the original Busmaster carrier.
