Drilled a hole in the center with a metal insert so you can run a bolt/nut to secure it. Then I chopped the top off to fit on URX4 rails. Just swapped the Mlok nut I had on it for a Keymod. I was just gonna run the normal keymod tango down stubby but I hate the way that one looks for some reason. It's basically a really shitty version of those stubby KAC broomsticks that white rhino makes. It's solid but it's not as pretty has his. I'll replace it with one of his soon. |

View Quote @Eyekahn I like this rig. Tell me about your mounting method for your SDN6? Mine is mounted on my dedicated 300 BO MRP but I like the SD look of yours with the URX. Cheers |

Cheers View Quote Ecco machine direct thread conversion. 9" barrel and 10.75 URX4. Can sits inside 2.5ish inches. I've had a few different tucked can setups. This is the best. I only shoot subs through this rig so heat isn't an issue. |

I want to stay faithful to KAC (at least for a few minutes lol, just picked up this up), maybe once I score a 20214 for the 11.5", I'll try out the FAST's. |

I sent off some receivers and handguard to be coated. I wanted E-190 (Elite 12050) but the Cerakote guy warned me today that the color is nice but it is glossy. I'm on the fence now about colors.

They might fix the formula in the future but for now I’d pass unless you like glossy and slippery. |

I have a MEGA Maten set that needs done. I'll wait to see if they reduce the gloss on that color. |

View Quote @MNRidesHonda I was just reading the Q&A and someone asked Cerakote if the catalyst ratio can be altered with the E series to change the gloss level and Cerakote replied with "The Elite Series and Catalyst can now be mixed with the same ratio's as the H-Series Cerakote." |

View Quote Unless something has changed, which I don’t think so, the mixture for E Series is 18:1 only so you can’t adjust the glossiness like with H Series. Click this and go to page 12. |
