I just built my new Stag a few weeks ago, I would like to get abook about Ar's so I can learn more about it.

Its the history of the AR15/M16 from the 1950 thru the late 1980's.

And yes, it has 100's of pictures.

It's called The Gun Digest Book of The AR-15.  Pretty much everything you'll need to know, down to specific manufacturers.
