How well do you shoot?

Sounds like a good deal on the gear. Would you use all that gear? Just wondering, maybe ammo would be a better investment if not.

I'd say ammo.  I am in a similar situation, I don't know if I want to buy another upper or modify my current Bushy M4.

Depends, are you actaully going to use the gear or is it going to sit in your closet collecting dust? I just dropped 140 bucks on a CamelBack Motherload and took it out for a hike then two mile run tonight and detest the fact I'll be using an issue ruck rather than my new pack for this coming FTX starting tomorow, for 66 dollars what exactly are you getting?

haha enjoy that FTX
i remember my brother telling me about a 14 day FTX he had to go thru back when he was in

the gear would be mainly for bug out situations, i would use the rilfle case and sling alot. because they would be with my rifle and for transport
but the assualt pack would more than likely sit with my gear in it
unless i take it hunting which is always possible

if it's just to have it, then why not, but thats an awful lot of gear for 66 dollars. The bag is the most useful thing, I still need to get more cases for my rifles. For that alone I say go for it, sounds like a decent deal. Ammo will be here tomorow. Besides, it's best to buy ammo by the 1000 round case anyways

Both...

I usually have at least 500 - 1000 rounds of 9mm, 500 rounds of 45ACP, 1000 rounds of .308, and 2000 rounds of 5.56 on hand, but I have gear as well

Shemagh
Throat mic and two way
Tactical Vest
Gloves
Camo Shirts and Hoodies
Thigh holster
Camo pants
Hiking boots
Hydration pack
Knee Pads

That is a list of what I'm usually wearing for most scenario based training and carbine class.  I cant imagine not having gear at this point...

Get both...or...

If you spend all your time at the range, just standing still then buy bullets and forget the gear.

If you train outside alot, running, jumping, crawling, going prone, and getting dirty and sweaty then gear is a must or it sucks.

Here are some pics from last weekend putting a new Colt through the paces.

Get both and for the money get the gear first.

Please get the gear for the price.  You'll hook your buddy up and you'll get to take advantage of a great one-time deal.  The ammo will always be available for that price or better.

The gear isnt going to do you any good if you dont have enough ammo

I'd get the gear while I could!!  Ammo will always be around.  It might be a good idea to pick up some mags while they're dirt cheap right now.  Over on the EE they're running under $10/mag!!!!!
