Sure. Just make sure you use a low profile gas block. MSTN does it all the time, check out their website, they should have some photos on there. I have a 16" midlength barrel using a JP Rifles VTAC forearm, but the principle behind it is the same.

I was going to use PRI fold down front sight. Would there be enough clearance with the PRI GEN III.

Nevermind I just found something on the MSTN site. This looks right

What muzzle brake is this firstly, in the first picture

This is a Colt 16" barrel with the PRI rifle length tube.  The inside diameter of the tube is 1.74" so any gas block smaller than that should work.
