Looks like a simple sale to me.  M16 parts are legal for non-AR15 owners and for M16 owners.

I've never seen a Colt DPMS Bushmaster.  When did Colt start making a DPMS Bushmaster?

Hmm, FA trigger group from 20+ years ago...
and he has a +400 feedback.

I checked out a few of his other completed auctions from his feedback page... nothing out of the ordinary.

I think he's vague on his description so that eBay doesn't yank his auction.

How can selling a legal item be "entrapment"?

I didn't know that it was legal.  I figure it could have been a whole sear set up and all that jazz that i know nothing about.

After thinking it over for a second, he'd be an idiot for selling a sear for only 150$ as I think i heard of someone paying 13K for one; on top of him commiting a felony.  So my bad

The sting is getting a ridiculous high price from an idiot that thinks he will have a machine gun when he drops those parts in his semi auto receiver.

It is the sear in there.
The M16 parts do not constitute a conversion kit.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to conform to all and laws regarding the use of these parts.

That right there tells ya - its on the level.

That is for a registered drop in auto sear. This M16 FCG is intended for the owners of a Registered Reciever M16 for use as replacement parts. If you wanted to make your AR15 an M16, you would have to drill the 3rd hole in the reviever for the autosear pin. THAT is a felony.
